DEPARTURE:
“SAFE TRANSFER CANCUN” will indicate to you the time and place where our staff will pick you up by email or whatsapp. We request you to confirm by the same means. We also ask you to anticipate your arrival 10 minutes before your scheduled time. The vehicle will wait for you up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If you arrive after the 15 minutes of tolerance, the vehicle will leave and you will not receive a refund.
If you want to change your departure time, please notify us 24 hours before by email or whatsapp. If you do not make the time change in advance, your trip cannot be rescheduled.
“SAFE TRANSFER CANCUN” will not be responsible for the missed flight.
Please, it is important that you take into account that in case of booking a transfer from the “Playa del Carmen Ferry” or “Puerto Juárez Ferry”, you must be at the Cancun or Playa del Carmen side at the stipulated departure time. Example:
Departure time: 13:00. Please take the ferry at 12:00 or 12:30 so you will be in the terminal at 13:00.
